Very nice wall man

I have a little question

Is this a dock on this wall? Is there any chance to get the dock skin ( rd ) and those icon? ( ll make my dock look like the wall one )

I like this one better than Wow Factor.
I guess it's because of icons (GNOME colors, right?) and gray background (more eye-friendly).
